Strength Training

Strength training and cardiovascular equipment are available in the fitness area on our second floor.  Access to this area is included in your day pass or membership.  Must be 16 years or older to use the fitness equipment.  Up on our fitness deck, you will find dumbbells/free weights, benches, stability balls, bosu ball, and medicine balls along with cardiovascular machines (climbers, spin bikes, treadmills, and cross trainers).

Strength training classes will be offered soon…stay tuned for class schedules!
