Youth Climb Team Contact Information
It is important that we have accurate contact information for all teams kids and their parents. Our primary method of communication is through email, so please make sure you provide an email you use regularly.
Youth Team Policies
Missed Practice Policy: If a practice is missed, we don’t have any make-ups available due to our teams being full on other days. Your child has a full membership to the facility so our coaches encourage all team members to come to the gym and practice on their own (with a parent chaperone if under age 14) that week. The Head Team Coach will post a seasonal workout on the Climb Team Board in the gym for climbers who have missed a practice that week.
Holiday Practice Policy: On certain Holidays Roca may be closed and will also cancel practice. Some of those dates include the following Holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. There will be no make-up practices that fall on Holidays when the gym is closed.
Winter Weather Policy: When Rochester Public Schools cancels afterschool activities for all schools, Roca will also cancel our team practice. We will make an announcement on our Facebook Team Group page (Roca C+F Climbing Team) and try to reach out to parents (if possible). Your child has a full membership to the facility, so our coaches, while they hate to miss a practice, encourage all team members to come to the gym and practice on their own (with a parent chaperone if under age 14) that week as often as possible. We don’t have any make-ups available.
