Front Desk Staff
Roca Climbing & Fitness is a dynamic and multi-faceted full-service climbing gym. We value outgoing, friendly, confident and capable people with varied backgrounds and skillsets. Reliability, attention to detail, follow-through, initiative and leadership by example are valued criteria for our staff. Front Desk staff wear several hats as customer service representatives, risk management officers, belay instructors and more. Climbing experience, knowledge and technical expertise are desired.
Front Desk staff must be able to work weekends and days/evenings during the week. Applicants must be 16+ years old.
Climbing Instructors
Roca is seeking a part-time Climbing Instructor (age 14+)! We are willing to train! Some experience in customer service, running programs and classes as well as climbing ability is a bonus. We are looking for a self-motivated, dependable, enthusiastic individual with a great attitude to inspire others in a successful, growing company.
Roca hires for this position year-round as our programs/staffing changes throughout the year. Applicants must be 14+ years old.
