Base Price includes 10 climbers (15 max climbers)
$75 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking
The Base Price includes the following:
2 hours of supervised instruction: this includes time for an orientation, climb time & use of party room
Reserved party room (you can bring your own food and utensils, Roca does not supply food or utensils) and use of our Blue Carpet Area
Rental harnesses are included (climbing shoes are an additional $5/pair) or you can wear your own gym shoes
Due to space restrictions, your total party size cannot exceed 15 climber total. You can bring up to 5 chaperones or spectators.
We recommend birthday parties for ages 6+.
If you show up on the day of your party with more than the max party size, Roca reserves the right to turn people away.
Group Climb (10-15 climbers)

Large Group Climb Requests
(16-65 climbers)
We are happy to find a special time to book your large group climb! You will need to contact our Event & Program Director (via form below) to find a time and date that works for both you and our facility. All Group Climbs require a reservation and need at least a 3+ week notice to find a date/time for your reservation.
If your group size is between 10-15, please use our Group Climb booking above to schedule your climb time.
Large/XL Group Climb Restrictions:
Large Groups (over 10+ climbers) will need a reservation and must contact our Event & Program Director to schedule.
Large/XL Groups (16-65 climbers) may NOT be able to book during high traffic business hours (weekday evenings). Most large groups will be scheduled in the morning hours or after-hours on the weekends.
Large Group climbs are 2 hours and include Roca Instructor(s) and a rental harness to climb in.
Climbers need to wear their own clean gym shoes. For an additional fee of $5/pair, climbers can rent climbing shoes. Rental climbing shoes (and chalk bags) are not included in the group rate.
We can accommodate up to 65 climbers maximum in the gym. Once you lock in your reservation and agree on #climbers, you are not allowed to go over that number. We do have base minimums as well.
Any groups wanting to learn to belay must all be 14+ years old and will need to talk with our Event & Program Director.
Pricing varies depending on group size. We will not book any large groups without a 3+ week notice and large group reservations are based on facility availability.
