PARTY GROUP FAQ
Base Price includes 10 climbers (15 max climbers)
$75 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking
The Base Price includes the following:
2 hours of supervised instruction: this includes time for an orientation, climb time & use of party room
Reserved party room (you can bring your own food and utensils, Roca does not supply food or utensils) and use of our Blue Carpet Area
Rental harnesses are included (climbing shoes are an additional $5/pair) or you can wear your own gym shoes
Due to space restrictions, your total party size cannot exceed 15 climber total. You can bring up to 5 chaperones or spectators.
We recommend parties for climbers aged 6+.
If you show up on the day of your party with more than the max party size, Roca reserves the right to turn people away.
Group Climb (10-15 climbers)
All groups require a reservation
Base Price includes 10 climbers (15 max climbers)
$75 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking
The Base Price includes the following:
2 hours use of the entire facility (the gym will be open to the public, so participants must also share spaces with other climbers)
Rental harnesses and climbing shoes are included (or you can wear your own clean gym shoes)
Optional party room rental is available for an extra charge (you can bring your own food and utensils, Roca does not supply food or utensils)
Group climbs will not include a Roca instructor. You will need to provide 1 adult chaperone for every 5 climbers under the age of 14.
Due to space restrictions, your total group size cannot exceed 15 climbers total. You can bring up to 5 chaperones or spectators.
If you show up on the day of your climb with more than the max group size, Roca reserves the right to turn people away.
Large Groups
(16-29 climbers)
Bringing a bigger group? We have dedicated time slots set aside specifically for larger groups so you can book your event directly online.
Base price includes 16 climbers
$125 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking
The Base Price includes the following:
2 hours of climbing time.
Dedicated Roca instructor(s) to help manage your event.
Harness rental for every climber.
Important Guidelines:
We require at least 3+ weeks notice to secure a large group slot.
To give you the best experience, large groups cannot book during high-traffic hours (weekends and weekday evenings). We typically schedule XL groups during morning hours or after-hours on weekends.
Climbers must wear their own clean gym shoes. Climbing shoes can be rented for an additional $5/pair (chalk bags not included).
Extra Large Groups
(30-65 climbers)
Got a massive crew? We can accommodate groups of up to 65 climbers! Because of the size, these climbs require a bit of extra coordination, a custom time slot, and an inquiry form to get started.
Base price includes 30 climbers
$200 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking
The Base Price includes the following:
2 hours of climbing time.
Dedicated Roca instructor(s) to help manage your event.
Harness rental for every climber.

If your group wants to learn to belay, all participants must be 14+ years old, and this must be coordinated with our team.
